Where a result is amended after a Stewards’ enquiry, we will pay out on both the original past the post result and the final official result. This offer applies to Win and Place single and multi bets on all Horse and Harness Racing from Australia and New Zealand, as well as racing from Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Korea and Malaysia.
For Australian and New Zealand Horse and Harness Racing tracks only, the bet365 Protest Promise also applies to all Single Race Exotics, including the following bet types (Fixed and Tote): Trifectas, Quinellas, Exactas and First 4.
Final Field Deductions on Winnings Only
When a deduction has been applied to any final field Fixed Odds Win, Place or Cover bet, bet365 will only apply the deduction to the winning portion and not the stake – unlike traditional deductions.

We will pay out on both the disqualified horse and the official winner on all Win and Each Way bets on Horse Racing in the UK and Ireland, as well as US, Germany, France, South Africa and Mauritius Racing where Fixed Odds are offered. This offer applies to Ante-Post bets, Each Way Extra bets, Betting Without bets, Enhanced Win bets, Cover Bets, Place Only bets, Not To Be Placed bets, Either to Win bets, Forecasts and Tricasts. No more waiting for a steward’s enquiry - first past the post is the winner! All other markets, including Not to Win bets, Match Bets and Jollies and Rags are excluded from this offer.
No More 5p Rule 4 Deductions:
When a horse is withdrawn at odds of between 10/1 and 14/1, bookmakers normally make a 5p in the £ deduction to winnings. bet365 has abolished the first such deduction in any race.
Non-Runner No Bet:
We offer Non-Runner No Bet on selected Ante-Post races throughout the year. Once a race becomes Non-Runner No Bet, any bets placed on the Win or Each Way market after this point will be refunded if your selection does not run. In multiple bets if a selection does not run, that part of the bet will be deemed a non-runner.
For the bet365 Protest Promise, in the event of a runner being relegated on protest (not disqualified) bet365 will pay out on the original past the post result and the final official result on all (Fixed and Tote) Win and Place bets.
For the bet365 Protest Promise, the Win and Place dividends will be calculated using the final declared dividend displayed on each TABs website. For Trifectas, Quinellas, Exactas and First 4, the dividends of the upheld result will be calculated using the interim dividend displayed on each TABs website.
The bet365 Protest Promise offer only applies for official protests and not disqualifications (including weighing in incorrectly).

bet365 may reclaim any bonus amount, Free Bets, Bet Credits, refund amount or enhanced payments that have been awarded in error.
bet365 may, at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typographical errors or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel this promotion for legal or regulatory reasons.
Employees, officers and directors of bet365, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
