Only those who have registered with bet365 and have had previous activity will be eligible to win a reward. You can see a full list of your available offers by logging in and selecting the Offers section. bet365 maintains a record of customer contact in relation to eligibility for offers and this record, including the date and time of any restrictions being imposed, will be final in the event of any dispute.

You are responsible for any tax obligations (reporting and / or tax settlement) that are applicable in your jurisdiction in relation to any deposits, stakes or entry fees or any winnings / rewards or losses as the case may be. Reward values displayed are exclusive of any tax deductions (where applicable).

You can enter and place a new acca each day the game is available. Only one free acca will be available per day, resetting at 05:00 BRT, subject to availability.

Each Over / Under accumulator must contain a minimum of 3 legs, and a maximum of 10 legs. Selections can be edited until the first leg of your acca goes live.

If any selections within your entry are deemed void, your accumulator will still be applicable if there are at least 3 or more legs remaining. For example, a 3 leg accumulator with 2 winners and 1 selection deemed void will receive no payout, due to it being under the minimum number of selections required for Over / Under.

Bet Credits will be awarded following settlement of the final winning selection in your acca.

Your Bet Credits are non-withdrawable. Any returns from Bet Credits stakes will be added to your Withdrawable Balance, but the Bet Credits stakes is excluded from any returns. For example, a R$20 bet placed at odds of 3.00 (2/1) would give a return of R$60 (R$40 winnings plus R$20 wager), whereas a R$20 Bet Credits stakes placed at odds of 3.00 (2/1) would give a net return of R$40, as the R$20 Bet Credits stake is not returned.

Stakes can be funded in part by your Bet Credits and part with your Withdrawable Balance; however the Bet Credits element of the stake will not be included in any returns. For example, a R$20 bet placed at odds of 3.00 (2/1) which was funded by R$10 Bet Credits and R$10 cash would give a net return of R$50 (R$40 winnings plus R$10 cash wager) as the R$10 Bet Credits wager would not be returned. If a bet is void and has had an opportunity to win (for example, in the event of a push), Bet Credits stakes will not be returned. If a bet void and has not had an opportunity to win (for example, when a Goalscorer bet is placed on a player who does not then take part in the game), Bet Credits stakes will be returned.

Your Bet Credits will expire 7 days after they are added to your Bet Credits balance. If additional Bet Credits are added to your Bet Credits balance within this 7 day period, the total Bet Credits balance will expire 7 days after the last addition.

The Over / Under feature is available at the discretion of bet365 and bet365 makes no guarantees regarding its availability. bet365 will not be responsible if the Over / Under feature is not available for technical reasons.

bet365 reserves the right to reclaim any Bet Credits awarded for an Over / Under entry if the outcome of an event within the relevant game was determined in error.

bet365 reserves the right to accept or decline any Over / Under entry.

bet365 reserves the right to amend, suspend or remove the Over / Under feature (or any part of it) for any event, game or customer.

bet365 reserves the right to remove the Over / Under feature for any customer or group of customers where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the customer or groups of customers is misusing the feature.
