Injury Protect

Injury Protection is only available to customers who qualify based on qualifying previous activity on their bet365 account. You can see a full list of your available offers by logging in and selecting the "Promotions" section on the mobile app or on desktop. bet365 maintains a record of customer contact in relation to eligibility for offers and this record, including the date and time of any restrictions being imposed, will be final in the event of any dispute.

Injury Protection applies to player prop markets for any game from the NBA Playoffs. For single bets, if the player you have backed is ruled out due to injury before half-time, your stake will be returned as Bet Credits.

Where a selection on any NBA Playoffs player prop market is part of an accumulator, Bet Builder or Bet Builder+ bet and the player you have backed is ruled out due to injury before half-time, the relevant selection will be made void and the bet will be recalculated on remaining selections and any subsequent returns paid out in Bet Credits.

If a selection within an accumulator, Bet Builder or Bet Builder+ bet qualifies for Injury Protection and is combined with selections from other sports or events outside of the NBA Playoffs, the remaining selections will be recalculated with revised odds and any subsequent returns paid out in Bet Credits.

If the outcome of your selection has already been determined before your selected player is ruled out due to injury, or your selection goes on to be a winner, then Injury Protection will not apply and your bet will be settled in line with our rules.

In order for a selection to qualify for Injury Protection, it must be announced officially by the league or team that a player has been injured and will not be returning to the game. Without this confirmation, selections will be left to run and will be settled in line with our rules.

Injury Protection will not apply where a bet has been Cashed Out.

Bets placed on hypothetical, look ahead, or pre-season games do not count for this offer.

Bet Credits cannot be used for bets with boosted odds.

Any bets placed on specials will not count towards the offer

We will endeavour to apply Bet Credits to your account as a result of Injury Protection as soon as the player has been ruled out due to injury before half-time.

Your Bet Credits are non-withdrawable. Any returns from Bet Credits stakes will be added to your Withdrawable Balance, but the Bet Credits stake is excluded from any returns. For example, a R$20 bet placed at odds of 3.00 (2/1) which was funded by R$10 Bet Credits and R$10 cash would give a net return of R$50 (R$40 winnings plus R$10 cash stake) as the R$10 Bet Credits stake would not be returned.

Stakes can be funded in part by your Bet Credits and part with your Withdrawable Balance. However, the Bet Credits element of the stake will not be included in any returns. For example, a R$20 bet placed at odds of 3.00 (2/1) which was funded by R$10 Bet Credits and R$10 cash would give a net return of R$50 (R$40 winnings plus R$10 cash stake) as the R$10 Bet Credits stake would not be returned. If a bet is void and has had an opportunity to win (for example, in the event of a push), Bet Credits stakes will not be returned. If a bet is void and has not had an opportunity to win (for example, when a Goalscorer bet is placed on a player who does not then take part in the match), Bet Credits stakes will be returned.

Your Bet Credits will expire 7 days after they are added to your Bet Credits balance. If additional Bet Credits are added to your Bet Credits balance within this 7 day period, the total Bet Credits balance will expire 7 days after the last addition.

Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to enhanced payments, Free Bets, Bet Credits or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 may reclaim the enhanced payment, Free Bet, refund payment or Bet Credit element of such offers and/or void any bet funded by the Free Bet or Bet Credits. In addition, where there is evidence of such activity, bet365 may levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the Bet Credits, Free Bet, refund or enhanced payment towards the administrative costs incurred in identifying and taking action against the activity.

bet365 may reclaim any reward amount, Free Bets, Bet Credits, refund amount or enhanced payments that have been awarded in error.

All customer offers are limited to one per person. If bet365 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the reward or offer is being claimed by or for the benefit of the same person more than once or by a group of people then it may withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to that customer or group of customers and/or void any bet funded by the reward or offer and remove any winnings from such bet.

bet365 may, at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typographical errors or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel this promotion for legal or regulatory reasons.

Employees, officers and directors of bet365, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
